Peel off the clear plastic cover on tattoo and place sticky-side-down on the desired area.

Wet tattoo thoroughly with water and press firmly against skin, hold for 30 seconds.Slowly peel off backing paper from skin. Tattoo should now be adhered.

Slowly peel off backing paper from skin. Tattoo should now be adhered.
Pat dry (do not rub)
