Processing Time

Our dispatch time for customised tattoos starts from same day dispatch up to 3 days. Depending on the shipping method you choose. 

This can however take much longer should you not provide us with all personalised details and imagery as soon as checkout has been made. 

All images are to be attached to your order when purchasing.

Standard Delivery

UK: 1-4 working days after dispatch

Europe: 7-10 working days after dispatch 

USA: 7-10 working days after dispatch 

Canada: 7-10 working days after dispatch 

Royal Mail - Express Delivery

UK: Next Day service after dispatch

Please note, these are estimate dates, and can sometimes take a few days longer due to reasons out of our control once they have left our office. Please allow a few days extra to account for this when placing your order.

UK orders - £2.99

Delivery outside of the UK is a set price of £9.15

Duties
International shipments may be subject to duties and/or other import fees at the cost of the customer. 

 

The Following Products Cannot Be Returned:​Custom Tattoos

  • E-Gift Cards
  • Sale Items
  • From time to time, 'its a fake tattoo' may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of abuse. 

Defective Products Or Issues With Tattoo Application

If you run into an issue with applying your tattoo or if the products you got are damaged/defective, reach out to us - it may be eligible for a one-time resend or store credit. 


Follow the instructions in the “How Do I make a Return” section below, and send us a photo of the products that aren't quite right.

It’s super simple! Send us an email at itsafaketattoo@outlook.com and include:

  • Your name and address
  • Your order number
  • The products and quantity you’d like to return
  • The reason why you’re hoping to return it
